Q:How long is the sample lead time?

A: 3-5 days. Sample charges are refundable after order comfirmed.

Q: Can we inprint our LOGO on products?
A: Absolutely, We can inprint your artwork on any products.

Q: Do you have factory audit and certification for your products.

A: We have passed ISO-9001 and Wal-mart factory audit. Our products are FDA & LFGB certified. They are safe to contact with food.

Q: What payment term you accept?
A: 30% T/T deposit in advance and balance payment upon copy of B/L or L/C at sight.

Q:  How long is the production lead time?

A: It depends on your order quantity, normally it's between 25 to 40 days
